Polish Party December Challenge - Black & White

December's Polish Party theme is Black & White. I actually really struggled with this one, it was surprisingly difficult using only two colours!

My last black & white mani was pretty impressive if I do say so myself, and I couldn't think of what I could do to beat it. But unfortunately, with a ridiculous amount of uni work and revision for exams, I didn't have a lot of time. In the end I decided on a mix and match mani; a bit of water-marbling, 50/50, glitter and studs.

What do you think?

For this I used Jacava London's Jet Black and Matte Top Coat (which is amazing - review coming soon!), Barry M's Matt White and Avon's black and white glitter pots.

If I'm honest this mani didn't end up looking as I had hoped it would, but it was my first successful water marble attempt which I am pretty happy with!

Make sure you check out the rest of Polish Party's December designs below. And don't forget if you want to join the party then just let one of us know - the more the merrier! Find out some more about Polish Party here.

This will be my last post of 2013! I'm looking forward to 2014 as I've got some exciting things planned for my blog in February time! I hope you all have a great New Year, and let's hope for another fantastic year for nail art in 2014!
