Barry M - Sugar Plum - Swatch & Nail Art

I don't know anyone that doesn't like Barry M's Gelly polishes - they're perfect in my eyes. The range is huge now and I often think to myself 'can they really make more colours?!'. Turns out they can! There's only one new addition for summer 2015 but that's not surprising after all the new Speedy Nail Paints we've been treated to this year. Today I've got swatches of the new Gelly, Sugar Plum*, and some simple nail art too (I've not got my nail art mojo back yet - booooo!).

Barry M - Sugar Plum
2 coats, no topcoat.

The formula is smooth and creamy, requiring two coats for a super glossy, professional looking finish.

Nail Art
This design was inspired by someone called 'Candy Nails'. I found their watermarked image posted by someone else on Instagram but I can't find the original account - there's so many 'Candy Nails' on Instagram!

They're far from perfect but I'm feeling really out of practice after not doing nail art for so long. I've got an exciting mani-swap coming up soon though which should challenge me and get me thinking creatively again.

Sugar Plum is available to buy now from, Superdrug, and Boots priced at £3.99.

What do you think of Sugar Plum? Will you be adding it to your collection?
